Rebecca Brown, MSN, APRN, NP-C is board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Master of Science degree in Nursing from Baylor University, where she also completed her Bachelor of Science. She has more than 12 years of experience providing care. She is a member of North Texas Nurse Practitioners and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners professional societies.
Rebecca began her nursing career as an RN in the Baylor University Medical Center Neonatal ICU and later transitioned into pediatrics while completing her studies to become an NP. During her time at Baylor, she was recognized by the Honor Society of Nursing, Sigma Theta Tau, and worked on several projects providing health education to impoverished communities, including a medical mission to Africa.
At her former position, she had the distinguished honor of being one of the first mid-level providers to sit on the corporation’s medical board. She spent several years practicing family medicine before coming to Pinnacle Pain Medicine, and brings with her a broad knowledge base that spans the life cycle.
Rebecca is passionate about forming a partnership with her patients in her approach to their care.
